Welder-Fitter MIG 131/MAG 136/ 111 plate welder-fitter (EU Citizens Only)

 

Hourly Rate: €17-18/hour (gross), with averaging leave/Pekkanen of 12.5 days per year, paid when used.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding and fitting tasks using MIG 131, MAG 136, and 111 processes, focusing on joint forms BW and FW.
  • Work with steel, black steel, and stainless steel (RST).
  • Read and interpret technical drawings for accurate construction and assembly.
  • Conduct work primarily in steel construction, with an emphasis on experience in steel railing manufacturing and assembly.
  • Work may be performed either in the workshop or on customer sites, with a kilometer allowance of €0.57/km when using a personal vehicle for travel to customer locations.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in welding and fitting for steel construction projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
  • Valid work safety and fire work licenses.
  • Communicative English skills.
  • EU citizenship (applicants from EU countries only).
  • No banked hours, no overtime, and no shift work.

Ideal Candidate: Highly experienced welders from the EU with strong skills in steel construction and a focus on quality and precision, who can work both independently and on customer sites.
