CNC Machinist with Programming Skills (EU Citizens Only)

 

Hourly Rate: €16/hour (gross), with averaging leave/Pekkanen of 12.5 days per year, paid when used.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and program horizontal Fanuc-controlled lathe machines, handling small-series parts (around 20 cm in size and up to a few hundred grams).
  • Work primarily with materials like castings, welded structures, and black steel.
  • Perform independent programming, including tool selection, setting adjustments, and desktop programming.
  • Accurately interpret and work from technical drawings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CNC machinist with programming skills, particularly with Fanuc-controlled lathes.
  • Competency in reading technical drawings and adjusting machine settings independently.
  • Communicative English or Finnish skills.
  • EU citizenship (applicants from EU countries only).
  • Flexibility for a potential two-shift system.
